A small business in Yorkshire which hand-cuts name plaques using rainbow-painted wood, and who are now expanding to take on-line orders. They also produce a range of other personalised items, so we expect the site to expand over time to offer these for sale as well.

This web site is designed to promote and sell an energy drink made from the açaí berry. As well as producing the site we sourced many of the images of the açaí palm and its berries.

Language and Cultural Opportunities

This single-page web site is the first of a planned three stages, covering the progressive expansion of the site. The first design for the page, designed to be colourful and eye-catching, was put in place in time to be referred to in a radio interview; since then, we have given it a more mature and business-like appearance.

AVS Commercial Finance

The purpose of this site is to explain and demystify the world of commercial finance brokerage. Its clean design incorporates on each page a "call-out box" which highlights a major point on that page. As well as designing and writing the site, we sourced many of the images used.

Helme & Hallett Ltd.

This firm of mid-Sussex builders specialise in restoring, converting and renovating classic properties of a mature age. We so loved their photograph of a Sussex Porch that we based the general design of the web site on its colours.

CAMHS Consultants

For this web site, we worked in co-operation with the clients' graphic designer. The navigation menu involves drop-down sub-menus when the mouse is passed over it (see the purple box in the screenshot), and is a clean and efficient way of including a large number of pages in one basic menu.

LBS Insurance

LBS are commercial insurance brokers, who wanted a plain and simple web site to explain what services they offer, and enable enquiries to be made via on-line forms. Like their service, their web site is unfussy and efficient.

Owlswick

Owlswick is a residential children's home incorporating a special school, for children with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties, in East Sussex. They needed a web site which would explain in detail to social workers anywhere in the country what they could offer to children in need of such a placement.
